• Continuous Subscription: By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
• Billing Cycle: Your payment method will be charged at the interval selected at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly).
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive periods at the then-current subscription rate.

3. Cancellation and Pausing

You can manage, pause, or cancel your Glowbears subscription at any time.

• How to Cancel: You may cancel through your online account portal or by contacting our support team.
• Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
• Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel after a payment has been processed, that order will be fulfilled, and your subscription will terminate thereafter.

4. Payments and Pricing

• Currency: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes to active subscribers via email.

5. Shipping and Returns

• Delivery: We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Returns: We use Loop Returns to process our returns.
• Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumers): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your initial order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Note: For hygiene and health protection reasons, products cannot be returned if the protective seal has been broken after delivery.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
